We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Content Creation and Strategy:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Develop and manage content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.

SEO and SEM:
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.

Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, including blog posts, landing pages, and other website content.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for search engines and provides value to users.
- Create SEO-friendly content briefs for writers and provide feedback to ensure content meets SEO standards.

Link Building:
- Develop and execute a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Monitor and analyze the backlink profile to maintain a healthy link portfolio and disavow harmful links.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and oversee social media accounts and campaigns, including content creation, posting, and analytics.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and channels to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall marketing performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing metrics, and suggest ways to optimize strategy.

Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Advertising and Budget Management:
- Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.
- Allocate and optimize budget across channels to maximize ROI.
