About Us:

We are looking for a talented 3D Modelling Architect to join our team and bring our visions to life through detailed and realistic visualizations.

Position: 3D Modelling Architect

Responsibilities:

• - Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for various architectural projects.
• - Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate 3D representations.
• - Create photorealistic visualizations, including exterior and interior perspectives.
• - Use advanced 3D modelling software to create detailed models of buildings, landscapes, and urban environments.
• - Integrate lighting, textures, and materials to enhance the realism of renderings.
• - Assist in presentations by providing compelling visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• - Stay updated with the latest 3D modelling techniques, software, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in 3D modelling and architectural visualization.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and rendering engines like V-Ray, Enscape, Corona, or Lumion.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and detailed models.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize complex designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
