- Develop Agile Thinking in a corporate environment;
- Develop Agile practices in business and software development;
- Help team members understand the theory, rules and values of Scrum and Agile;
- Help teams create effective ways to interact with each other, develop existing practices and processes;
- Coach the team to be self-organizing and independently remove obstacles in delivering value to customers and business;
- Be responsible for the business result together with the team;
- Actively participate in the search and elimination of system problems;
- Evaluate the maturity of teams, including using metrics, in order to find ways to develop relatively weak sides of teams;
- Provide training on agile approaches and tools;
- Facilitate agile events/meetings.

- Higher education (Finance/Banking, Economics/Technical education);
- Experience as an Agile Trainer / Scrum Master or Project Manager for at least 3 years
- Previous experience in Banking is preferred;
- Knowledge of one or more flexible methodologies or frameworks: SCRUM, Kanban method at the level of principles and values;
- Advanced analytical skills;
- Be able to build and maintain effective relationships with different people;
- Leadership qualities, good communication skills;
- Ability to conduct effective trainings.
