Main Duties:

• Ensure the efficient collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment.
• Tag baggage and provide identification slips to guests.
• Assist guests with luggage at the front desk.
• Escort guests to their rooms and place luggage in the assigned room.
• Inspect guest rooms for order and inform guests of available amenities.
• Deliver faxes, messages, packages, and flowers to guest rooms or other areas.
• Provide items on loan to guests and retrieve them before departure.
• Ensure the timely delivery and collection of group luggage.
• Verify that all guest luggage is accounted for.
• Safely store guest coats and personal items and manage ticketing for retrieval.
• Assist with long-term and left luggage storage requests.
• Transport departing guests' luggage to the lobby and their car or taxi.
• Respond to guest requests and provide helpful, knowledgeable information.
• Assist the senior Concierge during busy periods and breaks.
• Answer telephones, take messages, transfer calls, or address inquiries.
• Provide efficient luggage storage, delivery, and collection service.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
• Flexibility to work various shifts (primarily late shifts from 14:00 to 23:00).
• A polite, engaging personality.
