  • Deeply follow construction and commissioning activities, include reviewing and contributing to engineering design through document review but focusing on installation oversight, commissioning, testing, and acceptance to handover.
  • Provide support to all projects within on the construction, installation, and commissioning of Telecom systems
  • Participate in Telecom system walkdowns as required and manage punch list item resolution. 
  • Work with the sub-contractors to action any require remediation and address inconsistencies.
  • Review and check Red Line Mark Up drawings as required to support construction and commissioning activities.
  • Participation in planning with Contractor and third parties to ensure Telecommunication scope execution.
  • Ensure systems commissioning process is aligned with and incorporates Corporate Compliance requirements.
  • Review, and comment on the Telecommunication engineering standards, and exhibits for contracts and Pos
  • Act as a Company representative at FAT and SAT for technical acceptance as required by Leadership 
  • Work in various customer specific systems to produce cost-effective engineered design for construction to place messenger strand, anchors, fiber/copper and other attachments while complying with national and local regulations surrounding aerial construction.
  • Coordinate with project teams and engineers to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and delivery of all work.
  • Troubleshooting and turn-ups of network environments including voice and data cabling.
  • Conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and diagnose hardware and software problems.
  • Coordinating of replace defective components and provide technical assistance.
  • Supervise maintenance of telecommunications equipment.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions for computer hardware and software, networking and telecommunications equipment, test equipment, cabling, or tools.
  • Order or maintain inventory of telecommunications equipment, including telephone sets, PAGA system, headsets, cellular phones, switches, trunks, network routers, and cabling.

Namizədə tələblər:

  • High school diploma in Telecommunication / IT field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Telecommunications. 
  • Proven competence managing engineering contractors.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of working on the Telecommunication systems.
  • Good knowledge of materials management systems and tools to ensure minimal supply chain interruptions during construction.
  • Proven experience in leading, working and communicating with a multi-functional team including operations, maintenance, and construction.
  • Experience with project management processes, tools, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
