Commercial Manager

- Responsible for overseeing commercial activities within different STP business lines;

- Defining commercial strategy: overall and for different segments;

- Building and coaching commercial teams;

- Operational guidance and monitoring of teams’ activities;

- Setting targets and evaluating performance;

- Defining cross selling approach to ensure customer satisfaction;

- Export operations: preparation of market entry strategies and execution;

- Pursuing customer centric organizational mindset.

- University degree;
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales or Commercial leader in an industrial production segment;
- Proven selling and negotiation skills;
- Solid problem solving and decision makings abilities;
- Strong leaderships skills and the ability to maintain robust working relationships at Senior Management Level;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong analytical and structural thinking capabilities;
- Reporting on advanced level;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
