General information:

The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of Data Analyst for Agile team.

Responsibilities:

• Apply data science methods to improve and optimize customer journeys;
• Capture meaningful insights from data and turn them into competitive advantages for the business;
• Study product features and customer behaviors to inform the team’s decision making ;
• Support the team with other analytical services as per need basis.

Background:

• Undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in the field of Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Econometrics, or Mathematics;
• 2+ years of work experience preferred;
• Previous experience in banking preferred.

Specific job skills:

• Coding skills (such as Python, R or similar);
• Analytics tools experience (such as SQL or similar);
• Data visualization tools;
• Performing analysis with large datasets;
• Experience designing, monitoring and analyzing A/B tests.
