Division: Network Technologies
Working schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00. Based on nature of the work you will be able to work from office and from home

Your main job responsibilities:
- To manage the Central Support team to ensure that processes comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- To manage Network/Information Technologies related document control, Purchase requisitions, monitor approval process, monitor Purchase Order creation within given deadlines
- To be responsible for the full document controlling, creation coordination, and implementation of Processes and Procedures between Network/Information Technologies, Procurement, Legal, GR, Finance and etc. Departments
- Key strategic contact for business interfaces ensuring stakeholder objectives are met and strong working relationships maintained. Understand stakeholder business strategy and priorities and how they align with the operational side
- To lead and manage full reporting to Senior Management, Stakeholders, MNOs, Corporate clients, and customers
Namizədə tələblər:- Higher education
- Business Administration (MBA is an advantage)
- 3+ years of prior professional document or project control experience
- 2+ years of experience in the telecom industry is an advantage
- Understanding of Telecom industry
- Understanding of finance, procurement, logistics, legal principles
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
- Good knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
- Advanced user of MS Office (in particular MS Project & MS Excel & MS Visio & MS PowerPoint)
