We are seeking an experienced Head of  Human Resources to join our team and lead our HR initiatives in this fast-paced digital environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive work environment, attracting top talent, and supporting our team's growth and development. As the Head of  Human Resources, you will play a key role in implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and values.
 

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the technology sector.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, fairness, and respect.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Address performance issues through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Implement career development plans and succession strategies to retain top performers and facilitate career advancement.
  • Identify training needs and design learning programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies.
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to assess the competitiveness of the company's compensation packages.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to streamline HR processes and enhance data management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. 

Skills and abilities:

  • 3 years of proven experience as a HR management, preferably digital or technology-driven company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Ability to understand technical job requirements and screen candidates based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development preferably digital or technology-driven company.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
  • Certification such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage HR projects effectively, such as implementing new HR systems, conducting training programs, or leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Continuous learning and staying updated on trends, innovations, and challenges in the IT industry to adapt HR strategies and practices accordingly.
  • Proficiency in managing remote teams, including implementing remote work policies, fostering collaboration in virtual environments, and addressing challenges related to remote work culture.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in digital communication channels such as email, instant messaging, and video conferencing.
  • Effective leadership skills to manage HR teams and influence stakeholders in the organization towards digital HR initiatives.

 Working hours:

  • We work 4 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
