PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of HR Recruiter within Ecosystem.
Job description:
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms. Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and employee referrals;
- Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit;
- Schedule and coordinate interviews cycles to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process;
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs;
- Manage candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations;
- Communicate feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience;
- Verify candidate backgrounds and references to ensure credibility and reliability before employment;
- Support employer branding by attending job fairs, networking events, and managing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent;
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and training to ensure smooth integration;
- Manage expatriate hiring and relocation processes, including visa and work permit processing, travel arrangements, accommodation, and cultural integration.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Corporate Communications, or a related field;
- Minimum of 4 years of total work experience, including 2 years in a relevant function;
- Familiarity with Assessment and Selection Tool, Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding;
- Experience with Sourcing Tools and Techniques;
- Expertise in using ATS platforms;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
