• Ensure all company policies regarding health & safety, environmental requirements are met and improved upon as identified.
• Fully accountable for achieving all relevant KPIs
• All H&S and Environmental compliance requirements and ensure they are effective for the company and are delivered throughout the business
• Development of environmental objectives and targets, and their environmental management programs.
• Identify environmental aspects and impacts, carrying out relevant risk assessments.
• Host monthly HSE meetings, reporting back on environmental compliance issues and other related issues.
• Advise senior management in obtaining and complying with environmental legal and contractual requirements.
• To perform duties and functions in line with the HSE regulations of the Republic of Azerbaijan

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

Essential Education:

A recognised qualification in the relevant discipline or equivalent, within HSE

Essential Criteria:

Working experience in health, safety and environment field at least 3 years, experience in malls or commercial centres can be an advantage 

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English

Having all legally necessary education and certification to work as Health and Safety Advisor.

Desirable Criteria:

Ability to handle stress (peaks in workload and frequent deadlines)
