Human Resources Director
Job Responsibilities
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategy, initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary issues
• Provide creative solutions to boost employee performance and motivation
• Maintain employee records (attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge & understanding of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Researching and learning from the best HR related cases
• Good in MS Office
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Strong eye for details (employee wise)
• Ability to think out of the box
• Ability to travel to other offices if needed
• Age 21-40
• Minimum work experience 3 years
• Excellent English and Azerbaijani, good Russian
