As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Incoming Sales Manager to join our team and enhance our client engagement and sales efforts.
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Incoming Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives and attract new clients to Kazin DMC. This role will involve not only developing and executing sales strategies but also managing communication with clients and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to emails and phone inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with hotels and other tourism partners, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract international clients and tour operators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the tourism industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, travel agencies, hotels, and other tourism partners.
- Respond to client inquiries and communications promptly via email and phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the tourism or travel industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in responding to emails and handling phone communications.
- Strong network and good relations with hotels and other tourism-related establishments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani; additional languages are a plus.
