- Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure event success;
 
	- Overseeing event logistics, including setup, tear-down, and transportation;
 
	- Overseeing event setup, logistics, and on-site management;
 
	- Responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise;
 
	- Providing support for attendees and resolving any issues that arise during events;
 
	- Collecting and analyzing event feedback and metrics to inform future events;
 
	- Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices;
 
	- Engagement, and communication with speakers on their involvement and needs;
 
	- Support contract negotiation and administer vendor service contracts;
 
	- Administer all contractual works and ensure timely payments to vendors, partners, and speakers;
 
	- Search for global stakeholders such as startups, investors, companies, etc.
 
Namizədə tələblər:
	- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in PR, marketing, communications, MBA, hospitality management or related field is preferred;
 
	- Relevant qualifications and 1-2 years of proven experience in event planning, event production or event project management is a must;
 
	- Startup community management, strategic account management, or/and business development is preferable;
 
	- Knowledge, understanding and interest in the technology market landscape, the innovation landscape, and global innovation ecosystem is a must;
 
	- Strong international network and connections with innovation ecosystem players, including startups, accelerators, speakers, etc. is a big plus;
 
	- Proven experience and knowledge of visual displays, web, marketing strategies, media, and the entertainment industry;
 
	- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask;
 
	- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
 
	- Creative thinker and problem solver - always looking beyond the available options when up against roadblocks;
 
	- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to execute projects, including with those who may be remote;
 
	- Person who is never satisfied with the status quo, always thinking "how can we do this better?"
 
	- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Products is a must;
 
	- Computer skills for using events management software, word processors, spreadsheets, and e-mail;
 
	- Basic accounting skills to track spending and stick to a budget;
 
	- Language proficiency: English and Azerbaijani is a must, Russian and Turkey is preferable;
 
	- Self-motivated, strategic creative worker with a drive for executional excellence.
