We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Sales and Business Development Specialist. Since we are working with international companies, communication language is purely English, thus we can not tolerate lack of English level. Minimum required level is Upper Intermediate, Advanced is preferable. If you don't have required experience in Sales or Business Development field, but you have a natural talent for sales and burning desire to join our company, then do not hesitiate to apply as well, because miracles happen.
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and develop growth strategies.
- Analyze customer satisfaction and suggest improvements. Assist in analyzing competitors and initiating contact with potential partners.
- Support in negotiating terms with partners and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in monitoring partner performance and preparing reports for management.
- Adapt strategies to market changes and assist in tracking partner payments.
- Address partner concerns and provide support and advice.
Skills and abilities:
- 1+ year experience in business development or sales.
- Ability to support business growth and sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Positive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to learn, work under guidance, and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Professional and eager to learn.

Working hours:
We work 4 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
