Who are we looking for

RSM is seeking a Leading software Developer/Team leader to join our software development group within Technology and Consulting unit.

About the job:

• Closely work with clients, product owner, scrum team;
• Identification and documentation of customer requirements
• Design of a functional architecture of enterprise management information system
• Business process modeling (documents, reports, politicians and existing regulations)
• Setting of tasks to developers
• Team training and advising,
• Configuring and programming at desire and/or need
• Developing IT architecture
• Identification and management of technical risks of the project
• System change management
• Building an IT environment
• Data exchange, maintenance of system integrity
• Development of test plans
• Test, troubleshoot and optimize application components for maximum speed, security and scalability;
• Technical coordination of a group of developers

Requirements

Essetials

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer technologies
• 1C:Enterprise 8.3 programming skills (further development of existing configurations, development of external reports and processings)
• 5+ years relevant experience in system development
• Professional knowledge in any two of the modules (financial accounting and tax, management accounting, manufacturing, payroll and employee administrations etc.) of 1C: CА 2 or 1C:ERP 2
• Working knowledge of big data
• Working knowledge of MS SQL
• Knowledge of load testing and optimzation of system performance
• Knowledge of technical documentation
• Strong personal organisation and time management skills
• Experience of team leadership and project management

Preferred

• Having 1C and Microsoft certificates would be desirable
• Experience of implementing one or more of the leading ERP software
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (any other languages will be a plus);
• Development experience and knowledge of one or more programming languages (C, C++, Java, С#, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript etc.)
• Excellent algorithmic and logical thinking
• Excellent coding skills according to the standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of any of the technological directions:
o Design pattern
o Knowledge of techniques such as ESB, ORM, ...
o Writing complicated algorithims (compilers, memory management, ...)
• Profound knowledge in any fields of system programming or modern technologies
• Experience of creation of difficult or innovative solutions in any field of system programming
