We expect the Supervisor to fully grasp the logics of the applications and software used as well as fully understand the dynamics of the business. Ensure seamless delivery planning and scheduling, excellent customer service, as well as manage the pool of delivery drivers/couriers to ensure business continuity. We expect our Supervisor to organize the workflow in a way that it results in a “0” order cancellations and loss of business. 
Training the existing staff to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency, in other words, increasing performance KPIs will be some of the key responsibilities of the position holder.

2+ years of experience in logistics are required.
