Marketing Manager

• Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic

• Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects

• Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

• Leads the study of the main factors that shape the dynamics of consumer demand for products, the ratio of supply and demand for particular types of products, technical and other consumer qualities of competing products.

• Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts

• Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels

• Participation in the development of long-term and current plans for industrial sales, the identification of new sales markets and new consumers of the product

• Get the consumers’ feedback on the product and develop proposals to improve the competitiveness and quality of the product.

• Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

• Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members

• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives

• Job type: full-time
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Workplace- Baku, Azerbaijan (Head office)
• Provided with corporate number

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level, preferably in marketing
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as marketing manager
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
• Proficient in MS Office programs
