We are searching for an innovative sales specialist with a great analytical mind to join our team by reaching out to clients through calls, correspondence, or face-to-face interactions for software sales and other IT related services we offer, performing in-depth market research, preparing sales forecasts & assisting customers every step of the way to ensure client satisfaction. 

To be successful as a sales specialist, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing product demonstrations to clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints. 
  • Analyzing sales performance and ability to meet the target deadlines.
  •  Draw up strategies to increase customer base.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
  • Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing.
  • Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
  • Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
  • Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
  • Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
  • Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

  • Strong communication, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet. 
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
  • Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
  • Ability to remain professional.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required achieving weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Ability to speak English/Azerbaijani languages.
