Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential leads and establish rapport.

Introduce our company's software solutions and services to prospects.
-
Schedule and organize consultations and meetings with potential clients.
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions.
-
Respond promptly to leads through various channels including calls, emails, and Telegram messages.
-
Utilize knowledge of Alibaba stores and sales processes to enhance client interactions.
-
Follow up with abandoned leads and nurture them back into the sales funnel.
-
Conduct the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
-
Make regular follow-ups with leads to ensure continued interest and engagement.
-
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to leads.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
-
Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and market trends.
-
Participate in sales training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales skills.
-
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in sales or customer service.
-
At least upper-intermediate level of English.

Strong verbal skills, especially for calls.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in computer skills, including office programs like Sheets, Docs, and other reporting tools.

Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with Alibaba store operations and sales processes.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
-
Flexibility to work at night.
-
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Working Hours:
-
Monthly: 80 hours
-
Weekly: 20 hours (5 workdays with 2 days off, one on a weekday and one on a weekend)
-
Daily: 4 hours, preferably at nights, between 02:00-10:00
