Kapital Bank invites experienced and qualified candidates from Azerbaijan and the CIS countries to join the agile block of Kapital Bank as Activation & Retention squad Product owner at CVM Tribe.

Öhdəliklər

• Defining the vision for the team’s product, creation and prioritization product backlog. Shape and own the product road-map;
• Lead cross-functional product team through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders;
• Launch end-to-end promo campaigns for activation of debit and credit cards;
• Develop new products and journeys in mobile app to increase utilization of cards;
• Design regular scheduled and trigger based CRM scenarios;
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process;

Tələblər

• Undergraduate degree or higher
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in project delivery preferably experience as Portfolio Manager or Product owner
• Understanding of retail banking customer’s lifecycle and economics of card transactional business
• Experience in launching mass promo campaigns in banks or telecom
• Large-scale projects with partners
• High data competency, running data-driven backlog
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
