About Us: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery of web development projects by managing workflows, overseeing testing efforts, and fostering clear communication across teams. Responsibilities

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of web development tasks and project requirements.

• Strategically plan testing efforts, prioritizing tasks and accounting for dependencies.

• Execute and oversee tests on Jira tasks, ensuring that any issues or defects are thoroughly logged and addressed.

• Collaborate closely with developers to resolve identified issues effectively and efficiently.

• Consistently update task statuses in Jira and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

• Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities and outcomes within Jira.

• Provide actionable feedback on task quality and suggest improvements to optimize processes and workflows.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in web development or software projects.

• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Solid understanding of web development processes and testing frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
