Brif Infromation:

Prosper LLC is a full-stack marketing and web development agency that has been operating in 4 countries for more than 11 years. In these years, Prosper LLC has implemented various local and international digital projects which are specialized in web application and platform development, project management, event management, video, photo and animation production, digital transformation, e-learning, and furthermore. The project management team of Prosper LLC is seeking experienced and skilled proposal writing specialists to assist our team preparing various project proposal for institutional, international, and private partners. Selected proposal writers will play a key role in securing projects and funding for the organization by working in collaboration with project management team to outline, draft, and finalize project proposals for a variety of funders. A successful proposal writer will help ensure that proposals submitted by the company are highly competitive, responsive to donor guidelines and priorities, and align with the organization’s values.

Contract Terms: The initial contract will cover up to three proposal writing project to completion. Terms will be negotiated based on the project and the candidate. The contract will be eligible for renewal based on performance of the candidate and the needs of the company.

Working hours: working hours will be hybrid or remote.

Who are the main team members?

- Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Web Project Manager, Product Owner, Web Technical Team Lead, Project Team Lead and furthermore.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working with international companies, NGOs and etc.;
• Experience with project proposal writing within one or more of the sectors outlined above;
• Familiarity with relevant technical areas, including, web development, marketing, digital transformation, video, photo and animation production.
• Past performance as the main writer for at least two successful project proposals;
• Experience writing proposals for international companies, government and non-government institutions; experience with UN is preferred;
• Strong ability to manage time and meet established deadlines;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through;
• Flexibility and capacity to collaborate across teams;
• Fluent in English (written and verbal);
• Excellent writing and written communication skills.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Read and analyze all proposal documents;
• Prepare the proposal outline and inform the team members about the initial plan;
• Work with the Team Lead, Project Managers and other designated personnel to determine proposal concepts by participating in proposal planning & ideation meetings and identifying opportunities;
• Work with Technical Lead and other technical contributors to develop technical solutions in design meetings;
• Draft accurate, responsive, compelling text for proposals, including background/context, executive summary, technical approach overview, activity components, technical annexes, etc. as assigned;
• Incorporates win themes and overall technical approach into writing;
• Work with Proposal Team and relevant team members to ensure that all relevant proposal content aligns with company’s organizational values;
• Work with the Proposal Team and designers to develop maps and graphics if needed;
• Collaborate with staff and Project Management Team to continuously improve and streamline proposal development process;
• Support the development and maintenance of company’s proposal content library and related documentation to include capability statements, research papers, past performances, management plans, and other related proposal content.
