Tələblər:
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in building QA processes from scratch and improving them.
- Experience in managing a team of 5 or more people
Understanding Of Testing Methodologies:
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques, including functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Experience in developing test strategies and test plans.
- Experience in implementing testing methodologies and processes
Team Management Skills:
- Experience in managing a team of testers (task planning, monitoring, employee training, and development).
- Mentorship skills and the ability to share expertise.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders, including product teams, developers, analysts, and management.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and negotiating on product quality.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, X-ray, etc.).
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Basic SQL skills and log analysis.
- Experience with test automation and understanding of integrating tests into CI/CD.
- Experience in testing mobile applications
Understanding Of The Software Development Lifecycle:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of SDLC and its impact on testing processes.
