Main Duties:

• Provide guidance to clients regarding spa procedures.
• Answer telephone calls and offer accurate information to clients.
• Keep the reception area clean and comfortable for clients as they wait.
• Introduce and educate clients about new beauty products, their uses, and benefits.
• Inform clients about current promotions and discounts on spa services.
• Process client payments for services received at the spa.
• Maintain registers of loyal and returning clients to offer special benefits.
• Schedule appointments for clients and manage booking systems.
• Open and close the spa as required.
• Notify staff of canceled appointments and walk-in clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to handle guest concerns and compliments.
• Problem-solving abilities to turn issues into positive experiences for clients.
• Literate and tech-savvy, with a good understanding of reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and/or English.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
