Job Description:

 

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling ad copy, designing creatives, and managing the entire ad process from strategy to execution. You will work closely with our team to drive high-quality leads, ensuring maximum ROI for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
    • Design data-driven strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on high-quality lead generation.
    • Research and identify target audiences, leveraging advanced targeting options available on Meta and Google platforms.
  2. Ad Copywriting & Creative Development:

    • Create persuasive and engaging ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
    • Design eye-catching creatives (images, videos, or carousel ads) that complement the ad copy and boost engagement.
    • Collaborate with the creative team (if applicable) or independently design creatives that align with campaign objectives.
  3. A/B Testing & Optimization:

    • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to determine the best-performing combinations.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates, and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
    • Implement advanced strategies such as retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom audience segmentation.
  4. Budget Management:

    • Effectively manage ad spending to maximize return on investment (ROI) and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
    • Monitor daily ad spend and performance metrics, adjusting bids and budgets as necessary to meet lead generation goals.
  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights into key metrics like CTR, conversion rates, CPL, and ROI.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for clients, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes on Meta and Google Ads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful lead generation campaigns, with examples of ad copy and creatives.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging ad copy and designing creatives (knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus).
  • In-depth understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Meta and Google Ads campaign management, particularly for lead generation.
  • Expertise in creating high-converting ad copy and creatives.
  • Experience with budget management and performance tracking across various ad platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
