• Tracking of shipments with purchased orders;
• Updating of quotes reflection sheets and other reports
• Reporting to the Sales Executive/Sales Manager of the status of orders (on daily basis);
• International Procurement Issues;
• Pricing
• The Employee shall comply with Company Procedures and Health, Safety & Environmental Rules and shall report to the Employer any circumstance that affects or may affect the Health, Safety, Environment or the Employee’ performance, which may as well include working conditions.
• Keeping registers up to date, preparation of paperwork, assisting sales team in daily issues, ability to work in a team, multitasking, responsible, accurate.
• Previous experience in SCM is preferable.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information;
• High school diploma or University Degree;
• Knowledge off MS Office programs and e-mail at highly proficient level;
• Good in English, Azerbaijani & Russian languages.
