We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. Main objective of successful candidates is focusing on building a positive working relationship with potential service buyers of our company.
Job responsibilities:
- - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners considering their brand reputation & develop targeted strategies for business growth.
- -Conduct regular analysis to assess the level of customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- -Provide suggestions to management on addressing any identified deficiencies and business development opportunities.
- -Analysis of competitors' deals and identifying insights.
- -Initiate contact with potential partners and lead negotiation efforts for beneficial deals.
- -Negotiate prices, terms and sharing structures with partners.
- -Foster strong partner relationships to ensure collaboration and mutual success.
- -Collaborate with internal teams on negotiation strategies and campaigns.
- -Monitor partner performance using key metrics, prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- -Adjust negotiation strategies based on market shifts.
- -Tracking monthly payments and follow ups with partners ensuring the timely payments.
- -Address partner concerns and disputes through effective communication.
- -Provide partner support and optimization advice.
- -Stay updated on industry guidelines and best practices.
Skills and abilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or corporate sales, preferably in price negotiation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets
- Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
- Confident and proficient in dealing with client groups
- Continually examining performance and evolving accordingly
- Team player who is well organised and reliable
- Ability to cope under pressure and relishes a challenge
- Good organisational and prioritising ability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Smart, presentable and respectful
- Enthusiastic

Working hours:
We work 4 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
