• To provide high quality service to individual and corporate customers
• To handle all customer requests in the channel and provide information based on relevant procedures
• To complete sales transactions for customers
• To resolve customer queries and complaints
• To provide upselling products and services 
• To fulfill quartely sales targets as per assigned sales plan 

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

Your education and work experience:

University Degree or Vocational school/secondary school

At least one year of work experience in customer services and sales

Your skills and competencies:

Communication skills

Customer Focus

Result oriented

Teamwork and collaboration skills

Knowledge of MS Office programs

Knowledge of Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (fluent) and English (pre-intermediate) languages
