Sales assistant/lead generation(remote in the USA)

QA outsourcing company based in LA is looking for a sales assistant/lead generation specialist (no calls, messaging only!)
Key responsibilities:
Market research 
Making contacts with potential clients (C-level employees mainly)
Scheduling meetings (both online and offline)
Adding contact info to the database
Updating leads status

Skills And Competencies:
Excellent writing communication skills in English
Russian language speaking(at least B1) 
To be through and pay attention to detail
Self-management skills
Teamwork skills 
Customer focused mindset
Genuine Enthusiasm for the Company and Products
Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making When Dealing With Customer Issues

Location:
Worldwide, but have to work party in the PDT time zone

It's a full time job with fixed salary + KPI-based bonuses 
300$ + Bonuses
