Role and Main responsibilities:
• Recommends services to customers based on customers’ needs and interests;
• Contacts regular and prospective customers to demonstrate services, explains product features, and solicits orders;
• Consults with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and provides ongoing service;
• Monitors market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales;
• Answers customers’ questions about services, prices, and timelines;
• Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements;
• Collaborates with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information;
• Follows up on sales leads and makes cold calls to potential customers;
Required skills and work experience:
• Qualifications (Education, Certifications and Required Experience);
• A minimum of 5 years sales experience is required;
• Well-developed sales skills;
• Reporting and presentations skills;
• Excellent customer relations skills;
• In-depth knowledge of target market industries;
• Outstanding organizational and analytical capabilities;
• Ability to recognize needs of customers;
• Strong verbal and written skills, as well as MS Office computer skills;
• High initiative and self-directed – able to work independently;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages is preferred;
