Caspian Tech CJSC (known as TOPAZ brand) is looking for Sales Operations & Data Analytics Team Leader
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the team
• Research, develop and implement data-gathering methods
• Analyze and synthesize the data
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies
• Firm understanding of statistics and databases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Prepare and present the Reports and Presentation to the Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Good command of the Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal
• Knowledge and experience with common monitoring and reporting tools for Sales and Marketing
• Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
• Knowledge of the MS Office programs in advanced level
• Knowledge of Sales and Data analytics
