Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential leads and establish rapport.
- Introduce our company's software solutions and services to prospects.
- Schedule and organize consultations and meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Respond promptly to leads through various channels including calls, emails, and Telegram messages.
- Utilize knowledge of Alibaba stores and sales processes to enhance client interactions.
- ·Follow up with abandoned leads and nurture them back into the sales funnel.
- Conduct the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Make regular follow-ups with leads to ensure continued interest and engagement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and market trends.
- Participate in sales training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales skills.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- At least upper-intermediate level of English.
- Strong verbal skills, especially for calls.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including office programs like Sheets, Docs, and other reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Alibaba store operations and sales processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
