Terms of references:
• To conduct market research and analysis on marketing communications;
• To identify the right reference criteria in the context of business, brand, target market and competitor;
• To formulate marketing communications strategy;
• To develop detailed marketing plans in close cooperation with relevant segments and implement various brand and product campaigns,
• To approve a variety of marketing materials, website content and other marketing-related content in accordance with marketing plans;
• To manage and evaluate the effectiveness of relevant marketing measures,
• To ensure all developed marketing activities comply with the brand position and guidelines;
• To monitor and regulate marketing campaigns and activities in response to collected information and comments;
• To conduct Focus Groups with customers, potential customers and product owners for possible improvements, preparation and implementation of proposals;
• To develop manage and monitor social advertising campaigns for brand and product promotion;
• To prepare and manage the functional budget of the Marketing Communication division,
• To control and monitor budget expenditures to ensure that they are within the approved budget

• Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Work experience: At least 4-5 years of proven work experience in digital marketing
• License / Certificate: SEO certificate; Digital Marketing Specialist Certificate (preferable)
• Foreign Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Computer Skills: MS office, Advanced knowledge of computer and marketing software
• Other:
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools;
Knowledge of market analysis approaches and tools;
Knowledge of the principles and tools of marketing communication strategies;
Knowledge of data analysis tools
