Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordination of works between Client, Designer and sub-contractors.
• Managing of site works within mechanical discipline including infrastructural works, plumbing & HVAC provisions for industrial machineries and mechanical works inside the buildings.
• Evaluation of shop-drawings and subcontractor’s installation works in conjunction with mechanical design drawings.
• Evaluation of subcontractor’s material submittals and giving approval.
• Report preparation
• Controlling of mechanical works’ compliance to international standards and local codes/regulations.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

General and Work Experience Requirements:

• Citizenship: Republic of Azerbaijan
• At least 10 years of experience in Construction
• Theoretical and practical knowledge on HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting
• Excellent mail writing skills (in English)
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent AutoCAD skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Problem solving skills and decision-making

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of science or higher degree from reputable universities in mechanical engineering.
