Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with extensive experience in branding, creative storytelling, and design within the online gaming industry. This role involves leading design projects, mentoring team members and ensuring that our visual assets align with our brand and captivate our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the design of high-quality promotional content, including logos, banners, and branding materials.
• Create visually compelling and consistent designs that enhance user experiences across games and websites.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and development teams to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Provide creative direction and oversee the production of marketing campaigns and product designs.
• Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate them into design strategies.
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all visual platforms.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design, branding, and creative direction, preferably within the online gaming industry.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and marketing assets.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in the online gaming industry.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
