We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team, specializing in designing user experiences for SaaS products. The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of various digital products. This role will be responsible for working with Product Owner  and other UX/UI team members on the design of the product's overall functionality. The Senior UX/UI Designer will also develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for company-wide use, and produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

Job responsibilities:

• Set design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all design projects.
• Assist in executing responsive designs that maximize the user's experience on desktop and mobile devices.
• Create process and user flows, wireframes, information architecture maps, journey maps, and interaction models, resulting in low-to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Provide extraordinary experiences for consumer products based on customer feedback, data analytics, and industry trends.
• Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to inform future design decisions and optimize the user flow.
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders, communicating with product owners to understand their vision for a project and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Be responsible for staying current with design trends and best practices, demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking, and proactively leveling up the skills of others.

Skills and abilities:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a UX/UI.
• Understanding of marketing principles to create designs that align with marketing strategies. Experience in developing and maintaining brand identities, including logo design and brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and design principles. Understanding of color theory and the ability to use color effectively in design.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis. A creative mindset to generate innovative design concepts and solutions. A deep commitment to user-centered design principles and practices.
• Experienced with UI design principles and the ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, and manage design projects effectively and strong problem-solving skills to identify design challenges and create innovative solutions.
• Comfortable arranging and conducting workshops and ideation sessions.
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• The ability to articulate and justify design decisions and the capacity to think critically and creatively.

Working hours:

•  We work 4 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
