I work for a e-commerce company specializing in car accessories, with webshops serving the English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian markets. Leveraging Facebook's localized catalog, our content automatically matches the language of our viewers, enhancing our global reach. We are seeking a freelance Facebook/Instagram manager who is fluent in English and has a proven track record in e-commerce sales through Facebook and Instagram. This freelance role requires flexibility and the availability to work as needed, with compensation at a rate of 10 AZN per hour. The successful candidate will elevate our social media presence, craft compelling content, manage customer interactions across languages using online translators, and lead effective paid advertising campaigns to boost sales.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and optimize our Instagram account to showcase our car accessories, creating engaging highlights and posts that resonate with our audience across different languages.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that includes content creation, customer engagement, and targeted paid advertising, with a focus on driving sales for our car accessory products.
• Utilize Facebook's localized catalog to ensure posts are language-appropriate for our diverse audience.
• Analyze metrics for continuous strategy and conversion rate optimization.
• Advise on and oversee paid advertising campaigns, emphasizing budget efficiency and return on investment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing English-language Facebook and Instagram accounts with a significant e-commerce sales impact.
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrable success in Facebook/Instagram paid advertising.
• Analytical abilities for insightful data interpretation.
• Creative content production skills.
• Exceptional customer service capabilities.
