Role Synopsis:
Tax and Accounting Specialist will be responsible for accounting and tax matters of assigned portfolio of the companies under PASHA Real Estate Group.
Key Accountabilities:
- Bookkeeping function: Recording day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
- Including assistance to the reporting team in classifying and summarizing financial transactions in accordance with local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Tax compliance: Assistance in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports to state authorities, ensuring timely submission and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Budgeting: Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned portfolio of companies.
Desired background:
- Education in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Business administration
- 2-3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in tax and accounting functions gained in either consulting practice or industry (or combination).
- Good command of Excel.
- Experience in using various ERPs (SAP, 1C, etc.)
- High level command of English language
- Good command of Russian language (preferably)
- Relevant certifications such as ACCA FA and FR are highly desirable.
Required skills:
- Good knowledge of local tax legislation backed up by practical experience.
- High attention to detail and with a solutions-oriented approach
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to consider broader implications of the situation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and influence others to achieve results.
- Proven professional ethics and integrity
