As a Leader of Tech Platform you will be a part of our technological team and be able to build target technological platform, focusing on middleware technologies (BPM, CRM, transfers&payments and integration layer) and backend systems (Core banking and card solutions). TechPlatform is own target platform, created on the basis of modern technological stacks, microservices architecture, open-source and vendor solutions, should support the rapid creation and scaling of our digital products.

• Develop and implement the vision and architecture of the technology platform in accordance with the business strategy of our company at various levels of applied and technical services
• Implement pilot services for digital financial products, the ecosystem and our partners.
• Define an approach to upgrading legacy systems and create a roadmap for the transition to the target architecture.
• Build interaction with teams developing digital services based on technology platform services
• Create a system of production process, implementation of engineering practices and team management for the implementation of these initiatives
• Create a monitoring system at the level of systems and digital experience
• Increase the efficiency of using multi-cloud infrastructure

Tələblər

• 6+ years experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role and previous development experience;
• Experience in developing and implementing any financial platforms (payment gateways, processing systems or core banking systems).
• Willingness to create solutions from scratch.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles, software design patterns, SOA, Micro-services architecture and cybersecurity best practices;
• Experience in managing teams with different technological domains in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
