Job Vacancy: Temporary Project Manager for Summer Camps

Duration: June to August (3 months), with a short trial period in May.

Location: Resorts in Bilgah, Nardaran.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Temporary Project Manager to oversee our summer camps for children aged 4-16.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Smooth Operation: Manage day-to-day operations of the summer camps to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders including camp staff, parents, vendors, and resort management to ensure seamless execution of the program.
• Event Organization: Plan and organize a variety of activities, workshops, and excursions suitable for different age groups to keep the camp engaging and enjoyable.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including regular updates, feedback channels, and problem-solving.
• Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of camp counselors, activity coordinators, and support staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively and create a safe and supportive environment for campers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of event organization or summer camps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Passion for working with children and creating memorable experiences for them.
• Relevant qualifications in project management or related fields are desirable.
