Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and improve designs.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to align design goals with business objectives.

• Maintain and enhance design consistency by creating and updating design systems and style guides.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Figma or other relevant design tools

• Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and creating high-fidelity mockups.

• Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.

• Understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Proficiency in English is required.
