“Ekvita” is looking for the senior HR professionals for doing job analysis.

 Job description and responsibilities:

Candidate should analyse job description; create official requirements of a profession.

Candidates should have understanding or experience in some of the below listed spheres: production, manufacturing processes, agriculture, construction, energy, transport and logistics.

Fundamental skills required:                  

• High education;
• Critical, logical and analytical thinking;
• Sophisticated judgement and ability to analyse;
• Information processing;
• Language knowledge: Azerbaijani, English and academic Turkish;
• interpersonal behaviour;
• IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Ability to do independent research;
• Effective communication and teamwork skills;
• Work under pressure.
